Premier

Full-Service from start to finish, we will be there through it all

~With the Premier option, we do all the hard work for you! This includes sourcing the appropriate candidates, checking references, coordinating video and in-person interview logistics, negotiating rates and benefits, drawing up contracts, conducting a background check, all while guiding you throughout the entire process. The process is as follows:

1. Fill out a Family Application form, pay the $75 non-refundable Application Fee and Approval:
~ Once we have received your Family Application form and Application Fee, a recruitment specialist will review your application and provide a follow-up call within 2 days to review the details of your requirements and approve the application.

2. We learn about your needs:
~ We take great pride in learning about your household dynamics and what it is that you are truly seeking in an employee. We will assist you in making the right decisions every step of the way and offer consultation whenever needed.

3. We search for qualified caregivers:
~ Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will start the search for candidates who meet your pre-requisites.

4. Pre-screened phone and in-person Interviews:
~ We will present you with information regarding each pre-screened candidate, giving you the opportunity to approve them for the interview process. 

~ Either voice or video chat phone interviews with approved candidates will be set up to help you further narrow down your selection.

~ In-person interviews will be scheduled for candidates who you are ready to meet.

5. Finalize all paperwork and agree on a start date:
– Once you are happy with your candidate selection, we will conduct a background check, finalize employee agreement paperwork, and decide upon on a start date. The Referral Fee is due prior to the employee's first day of work.

Our 30 day Replacement Guarantee:
– In the event that the caregiver is no longer able to remain employed with you within the first 30 days (starting from the day they first started work) NannyJi will search for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details regarding the Replacement Guarantee.

Pricing:

Application Fee (non-refundable) - $75

Referral Fee (due before employee starts work):

  • For an employee working 20 hours a week or less - $600 (one time fee)

  • For an employee working 21 hours a week or more - $800-1150 (one time fee)

Select

We'll help give you the headstart you need for a targeted search

~With the the Select option we personally reach into our extensive network and beyond to curate hand-selected candidates for a high quality lead that meets your specific requirements. The process is as follows:

1. Fill out a Family Application form and pay the $75 fee for the Select Service.

~ Once we have received your application and payment, a recruitment specialist will review the details of your requirements and approve the application.

2. We source prospective employees that meet your needs and criteria and provide you with their contact information. 

~All candidates will have been recently personally verified by a member of our team.

 

3. You will then take it from there to manage the rest of the hiring process.

~We will continue to provide prospects for up to one week, or until you or a candidate has verified that the position has been filled--whichever comes first.

4. If you require additional leads, you can purchase extensions weeks.

~Each additional week is $75

 

The total cost of this service is $75 per week. Please fill out the Family Application form and notate that you are interested in this plan in the open text field.

**Please note, number of candidates is subjective to your location, requirements, and flexibility. We cannot realistically guarantee any number of candidates, although we will do our best to provide the best possible options within our network and beyond.

One week of high quality leads - $75
